Q: Are your Motorhomes fully insured?
A:
All our motorhomes are covered by comprehensive motoring insurance, which covers the UK. Additional cover can be arranged for Europe at an extra cost. It does not cover your personal items, and we recommend that personal insurance be considered to fully protect yourself.
Q: What is the £1000 Damage Deposit for?
A:
The Damage Deposit is the sum you deposit with us over and above the hire charge, This acts as an insurance excess during your hire. This is fully returnable provided the vehicle is returned undamaged, clean and with empty waste tanks. In the event of an insurance claim for damage to the hire vehicle, or a claim from a 3rd party (where you are held to be at fault), the cost of the damage or claim will be deducted from your deposit. For accidental damage £1000 is your maximum liability, any additional costs will be covered by the insurance company or us.
